RETURNING POLICY
Returning a home delivery order
This is how it works
Contact Customer Service via e-mail (support@raleigh.co.uk) or phone (0121 500194) to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 30 days from the delivery date of your order as determined by the courier delivery reports.
Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number and arrange a collection slot.
Securely repackage your item(s) into their original packaging in time for the collection slot. If the original packaging is no longer usable, you must ensure the bike is securely packaged to prevent any damage in transit. We can provide new packaging for your return, chargeable at £25.
The courier will collect the item(s) from you. After that it usually takes one working day for the products to be delivered to Raleigh.
Once we receive your return it will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 14 working days. We charge £35 for a return, which we deduct from your refund.

Faulty items
Can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This is free of charge.
After examination in our warehouse to validate the product is faulty, a full refund will be issued.
The refund will be issued within 10 working days after the fault verification.
Returning a click and collect order
How it works
Before contacting the store you collected your item(s) from: contact Customer Service via e-mail (support@raleigh.co.uk) or phone (01271 500194) to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 30 days from the collection date of your order. This is to ensure that your refund is issued successfully.
Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number.
Return the bike to the store which you originally collected your item(s) from.
Raleigh will then liaise with our partner dealer who will repackage the product(s). Raleigh will also arrange collection from our partner dealer the next working day.
Once we receive your return it will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 14 working days. We charge £35 for a return, which we deduct from your refund.

How does it work?
Once you’ve found your dream bike, head to checkout and choose ‘Home delivery’ as your shipping method
Type in your address details, click proceed to billing and finish your order
After we’ve got your order, our Cytech-trained mechanics will build your brand new bike and carry out the necessary PDI safety checks
So your bike can fit in the box, we’ll loosen the handlebars and turn them to one side
DX will deliver your bike to your home (they’ll give you a tracking number to keep an eye on your bike’s journey)
When your bike arrives, all you need to do is attach the ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars. Don’t worry, we’ll include instructions for this bit
Hop on and enjoy your ride!
Lead times
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email from DX when your bike leaves us, advising a delivery date.
Collect in store
How does it work?
Once you’ve chosen the perfect bike, head to checkout and choose ‘Collect in Store’ as your shipping method
Fill in your postcode and find your nearest store
Click proceed to billing and finish your order
After we process your order, you’ll get an order confirmation with all the details you need from your chosen dealer
The dealer will assemble your bike for free – when it’s ready, they’ll contact you to arrange a collection time
For security, you’ll need to print your order confirmation and bring it with you (if you don’t have a printer, you can bring the order number along with a form of ID)
The retailer will either stamp your confirmation or give you a dated receipt to acknowledge that your order has been collected
Collect your bike and enjoy the ride!
