Our theft coverage applies to your 'Raleigh One' and all-important parts that are crucial to your bike's function - such as the battery, saddle and handlebars. Even accessories are covered, when stolen together with the bike - such as a bike basket (up to a total amount of €100). Your entire e-bike system is always well protected. 

If your bike is stolen, you can officially report your e-bike as stolen in the free (Base) version. With the 'core' membership, you have the option of activating "Stolen Mode". With the 'Icon' membership, the entire theft protection process is seamless, so you can report the incident directly via the app. You also receive a shareable live location link that you can pass on to the police to help them recover your bike. If the bike is not recovered, the theft insurance takes effect and covers your loss. We take care of the rest and ensure that you receive a replacement bike as soon as possible. 

Yes, even after taking out your membership, you can add insurance at any time if you wish. All you have to do is upgrade your plan to "Icon". You also benefit from the Touch and Go function, which allows you to unlock your e-bike with just one click via the app. 

You can upgrade to another plan at any time, depending on your needs. This flexibility ensures that you can always upgrade to the plan that suits your wishes for security. The membership comes with a minimum duration of 12 months, during which you can still chose to upgrade at any time. After the 12 months, a cancellation is possible before every monthly renewal. 

There is no service contract through Raleigh available at the moment.
