Gone for coffee? Your bike's still watching. With Auto Arm, your bike alarm lock activates when you walk away—on your terms. If someone tries anything shady, the alarm sounds, lights flash, and you’ll get an alert straight to your phone and inbox.

We’ve rethought GPS tracking. Instead of draining your battery with constant updates, we use last known locations—logged when your bike is armed, disarmed, or disturbed. Smarter data, better chances of recovery, and no unnecessary location sharing.

Your very own cycling app dashboard shows you everything at a glance: speedometer, distance, battery, ride time, and support level. No guesswork, just good riding. Need lights? Toggle them on or off right from your screen.

Firmware updates without even touching your Raleigh ONE? Yes please. The app lets you trigger updates on the go, via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Your smart e-bike just got smarter.

STOLEN MODE

Lost it? Mark it stolen in the app and let the hunt begin. The bike starts pinging its location more often, and you can even share a live tracker with mates to help recover it. It’ll stay in lockdown mode until you reclaim it.

BIKE SHARING (available soon)

Let a friend or family member take it for a spin, without handing over the keys. Send an invite via the app and they’ll get access to your bike with just a few taps. Want it back? Remove them just as easily. They get the ride. You keep the control.

TOUCH & GO, REMOTE LOCKING

Your app connects in the background. So when you're near the bike just press the “o” button and you're off. Forgot to lock it? Not a problem: you can arm the alarm remotely from anywhere.

REMOTE UPDATES

Adjust your settings anytime, anywhere. The app stores your latest preferences and syncs them to your bike as soon as you reconnect. No more fiddling on the street corner.

BACKUP DISARM

Phone dead or left it behind? No worries. Set a simple code for the “+” button on your handlebars and get moving again. Effective old-school style, but with a modern twist.
